The Great Human Rebrand — Merry Carole Powers
Media highlights: Inc., Enterprise Radio, The Leadership Podcast with Niels Brabandt, and Breakfast Leadership.
Merry Carole Powers’ The Great Human Rebrand examines how labels limit people’s potential and divide organizations. Drawing on her background in global branding and her work as Creative Director for Sustainability, Purpose, and DEI at Deloitte, we positioned her ideas for business, leadership, and entrepreneurial audiences.
The campaign connected the book’s message to practical questions: how leaders recognize overlooked talent, build stronger workplace cultures, and help their companies stand out. This approach created opportunities to discuss both the book and Merry’s broader expertise in branding and business storytelling.
Coverage included an Inc. feature exploring her argument that labeling employees can weaken collaboration and business performance. Podcast interviews extended the discussion into leadership, organizational culture, startup differentiation, and the importance of human capabilities as AI changes work. inc.com

Peter Miscovich
JLL | Future of work and workplace transformation
Media highlights
The Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur, Morning Brew, Quartz, HR Executive, Inc.
Overview
The debate over AI and employment often centers on which jobs will disappear. Our campaign for Peter Miscovich at JLL brought another part of the story into focus: how AI can support workforce growth, change the design of jobs, and increase the value of human judgment.
We developed story angles for business, technology, HR, education, and corporate real estate reporters. Peter’s expertise gave journalists a practical way to examine the research, from the skills leaders will need to the ways companies are rethinking offices and collaboration.
Results
The Wall Street Journal quoted Peter in “Want to Succeed in an AI World? Study Anthropology,” while Entrepreneur included his perspective in a story about college majors and AI. Propmodo featured his analysis of how AI is changing office use. Published Q&As in HR Executive and Employee Benefit News extended the campaign to the professionals making workforce and workplace decisions.
Together, these placements show how a research-led campaign can carry an expert’s perspective across several editorial beats, with each story addressing a different audience need.
